Fluktuationsrate

Die Fluktuation ist eine KPI mit sehr langer Tradition. Diese wird eigentlich grundlegend in jedem Unternehmen erfasst. Eine Fluktuation zu haben ist natürlich, die Höhe der Fluktuation hängt von verschiedenen Faktoren ab.

Zur Berechnung werden alle Mitarbeitende erfasst, die :

  1. Arbeitsvertrag gekündigt haben
  2. intern durch den Arbeitgeber versetzt wurden
  3. in den Ruhestand eingetreten
  4. verstorben sind

Der häufigste Grund hinter dieser KPI ist die Kündigung der Mitarbeitenden. Die Kennzahl hilft zu planen wie der Recruiting-Aufwand anhand der natürlichen Fluktuation aussieht.
